Welcome to Se7en-up!

A website devoted to both the Lotus 7 and the Caterham 7 sportscar.

Since its launch back in 1957 the Seven has always been a racer for the road. Now almost 50 years later, the Seven is still a highly popular and successful competition car. In fact there are more Sevens racing in the world today than any other single marque.

Once dubbed "too fast to race" the Seven has evolved over the years. From a humble 40 bhp in 1957, the current Sevens now boast over 260bhp. Not bad for a car that only weighs in at around 500Kg.

This superb power to weight ratio, brutal acceleration and superb handling has allowed the Seven to remain as the benchmark all other "super" cars are judged by.
